Personal Trainer – Group Trainer

What I do:

I have completed my Cert III in Fitness and currently halfway through my Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science degree with majors in Strength & Conditioning and Nutrition. I offer group training, running sessions and personal training.

What I Live:

I train 6 days a week for athletics, ranging from track sessions to Strength & Conditioning and Reformer Pilates. I also love to cook nutritious foods.

What I love:

I love travelling overseas as well as exploring places within our own backyard through road trips. I also love helping people work towards being the best version of themselves and watching them achieve what they never thought was possible.
